Medika Akses Investama (Halodoc) partners with SCMProFit to transform pharma warehouse operations

Medika Akses Investama (Halodoc) has onboarded SCMProFit to develop their warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products within Indonesia.

With the integration of its ERP and WMS operations, Medika accelerated its receiving, put away, picking, QC, packing, and other warehouse activities.

Prior to implementation, the company faced time consuming fulfilment activities without hand-held terminals, deliver items based on the FEFO (first expiry first out), no labelling process, inaccurate return management, non-identification of SKUs, and error in order deliveries.
